4. Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds
- By purchasing a membership, job post, or advertising package, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Annual subscriptions run until the end of the paid year; access remains active until expiry, even if cancelled early.
- Refunds are only issued if your membership application or listing is declined.
- All other payments (subscriptions, job posts, advertising, digital products) are final and non-refundable.
- The statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, as services and digital products begin immediately on purchase.
5. Digital Products
All purchases of digital content (including templates, documents, or training materials) are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to waive any statutory cooling-off rights under consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including logos, copy, images, and designs) belongs to The Hair & Makeup Hub Ltd or its contributors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Job Board and Events
- Jobs and events posted must be genuine, legal, and relevant to our community.
- We do not guarantee responses or results from job or event listings.
- We are not responsible for any outcomes, agreements, or disputes arising from listings or applications.
8. External Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Accounts may be suspended or terminated where necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
